Price House - Denver, CO                                                   The existing Wright-inspired house, built in 1955, was an example of post-WWII suburbia at its best. It was modest, however, and the owners wanted to transform the structure into a home that would accommodate a contemporary lifestyle without obfuscating or copying the original house. We embraced and extended the existing architecture, turning the kitchen and living room into an enlarged gathering place and locating the master bedroom suite within an exaggerated masonry wall.
