Elders want what everyone wants: community and independence. Our design ensures each resident a unique private home. And when they open the front door, the corridors encourage gathering, much like front stoops or porches. They can even accommodate wheelchairs. The design is also environmentally sensitive, using passive solar and lighting features to keep energy costs low. This project was 90 percent full prior to completion.
